I specialize in working with mothers, and couples, who are expecting as well as new moms who are adjusting to motherhood. There is often so much pressure to only express the positive experiences of motherhood and that pressure can lead women to feel isolated, bad and surprised at the appropriate range of feelings that arise. 

I am passionate about maternal mental health and supporting mamas. Together we can help you find your own voice separate from the perceived expectations and find ways to help you build a supportive and loving community.
